About StratoSwitch
We're a veteran-owned business phone company in Cypress, Texas. We provide hosted phone service, install and maintain phone systems, and design the networks they run on.
Our story
StratoSwitch was founded by military veterans who worked in communications. In the service, a dropped connection can cost lives. In business it costs customers and deals. We started StratoSwitch to build business phone systems with the same attention to redundancy and detail.
Today we provide hosted phone service, SIP trunks, on-premise phone systems, and network design and installation. Our customers range from single offices in the Houston area to businesses with locations around the country.
Every job starts with a conversation about how your business uses the phone. From there we put together a plan, install it, train your staff, and support it for as long as you're a customer.
100% veteran-owned. We bring the habits we learned in uniform to the way we run our network and treat our customers.
How we work
A plan that fits you
We don't sell packages. We start with how many people and locations you have, your budget, and where you expect to be in a few years.
One point of contact
We handle the assessment, installation, training, and ongoing support, so you aren't juggling a phone vendor, a carrier, and an installer.
Redundancy built in
Our hosted platform is mirrored across two Texas data centers and backed by a 99.9% uptime SLA.
Not tied to one carrier
We work with many carriers and equipment makers, so we can recommend what fits instead of what we happen to sell.
Local to Houston
Our office is in Cypress, and we serve the Houston area in person and customers across Texas and the country remotely.
Built to grow
Adding phones, people, or locations later is a routine change, not a new project.
Talk to someone who will set up your system
Tell us how many people, phones, and locations you have, and what you use today. We'll recommend what fits and give you a written quote.
