How it works
With a hosted PBX, the phone system itself lives on our servers. Your office needs an internet connection and phones. We set up your extensions, call routing, and voicemail, ship or install the phones, and handle changes when you need them.
The platform is mirrored across two Texas data centers. If the primary site has a problem, calls move to the backup on their own and your callers don't notice.
What's included
Every plan includes the full feature set, with no feature tiers. Some of the most used:
- Auto attendant (IVR) to greet and route callers
- Ring groups, call queues, and page groups
- Call recording, with optional AI call summaries and transcripts
- Voicemail to email with a written transcription
- Automatic day, night, and holiday routing
- Conference bridges and three-way calling
- iPhone, Android, desktop, and web phone apps
- Music on hold, paging, and intercom
Phones
Most of our customers use Yealink or Grandstream desk phones, and we're a Grandstream Certified Specialist. We also supply conference phones and DECT cordless phones, and support Poly (formerly Polycom). If you already own compatible phones, you can keep using them.
Who it's a good fit for
Hosted service works well for businesses with more than one location, people who work from home or on the road, or an aging phone system that would be expensive to replace. There's no hardware for you to maintain, and adding a new employee is a quick change on our end.
