Automatic failover
Our hosted phone platform runs in a primary and a backup data center in Texas. If the primary goes offline, calls route through the backup automatically, usually in under a second. Nobody has to flip a switch, and callers don't notice.
When your office goes down
If your building loses power or internet, your phone system is still running in our data centers. Calls can be sent automatically to cell phones, another office, or the mobile app until you're back up.
What's included
- Automatic call failover between data centers
- Forwarding to cell phones and other locations
- 24/7 monitoring of the network and phone system
- On-site repair when equipment fails
Emergency support
Existing customers with a phone system that's completely down can call our emergency line at (832) 987-4100 any time, day or night.
Common questions
Does this work with an on-site phone system?
Partly. SIP trunks can reroute incoming calls to cell phones or another site if your PBX or internet goes down. Full data center failover applies to hosted PBX.
Do we have to do anything when an outage starts?
No. Failover rules are set up ahead of time and take effect automatically.
