Carrier-neutral sourcing
We work with AT&T, Verizon, Spectrum, Windstream, and other carriers, so we can compare what's actually available at your address. You get the option that fits your location and budget, not the one that pays the best commission.
SD-WAN for multiple locations
SD-WAN combines two or more internet connections at each site and switches between them automatically. If one connection fails or slows down, calls and data move to the other without dropping.
Quality of service for voice
Choppy or one-way audio is usually a network problem. We set up quality of service (QoS) so voice traffic gets priority, and calls stay clear even when someone is downloading a large file.
Common questions
Do we need a separate connection for the phones?
Usually not. One good business connection with QoS handles voice and data for most offices. For locations that can't afford downtime, a second connection with SD-WAN adds failover.
